My Workout Routine (jump rope + yoga) | Weight Loss Journey
So it is September, 16 and my weight is 53 kg. I couldn't be happier but it is 3 kg left so I do not relax yet. My diet still the same except my today 25 min jump rope routine so maybe (maybe!) I will allow myself to eat a little bit more.
My workout routine this week:
Monday - 15 min of cardio + 15 min stretching;
Tuesday - 15 min of cardio (jump rope) + 15 min stretching;
Wednesday - Yoga day (70 min);
Thursday - 20 min cardio (jump rope + squats) + Yoga (30 min);
Friday - 15 min jump rope + 15 min of light gymnastic;
Saturday - 25 min jump rope.
It seems pretty boring because I did jump rope almost every day but it helps me to lose weight and it is fun.
It's been a productive week I did not overeat and my weight did not jump from smaller to bigger. So yes, I am kind of proud of myself lol.
The only thing I would change is my sore as hell body. But you know...someone did exercise well :)
