How Making A Routine Has Changed Me

So I used to be a chaos-kind of girl. Things got pretty much out of control, I didn't have a plan, didn't have small habits that would make my every day better.

Small habits do make a difference

Before the pandemic started, I woke up at 6:30 AM, by 7 AM I was in the gym working out and after the routine, I made it to work before 9 AM. I went to the gym pretty much every day and sometimes on the weekend and this would keep me in shape (physical and mental) pretty much the way I loved it to.

After working for a few hours I used to have lunch and chill for about an hour or so and then getting back to work again until I was done for the day.

That doesn't sound much but things like that helped me to organize my schedule. Another big habit that has changed me is making to-do lists. I have a to-do for a week and one where I point out what have I done for the day. That also keeps me in shape and helps with doing what I do better as well as being more organized.

As to working out, I also make a to-do for a month and I have never failed it since starting.

Since I've known myself I have never been an organized person and now I can proudly say I am one of these. Small things make my routine better and myself to be more productive.

Find your passion, look for small decisions you can do every day that would improve the quality of your life in every aspect you are struggling with. I am not an expert, I am a girl that tries her best.

So cheers and enjoy your life
